Microsoft has finally completed the acquisition on Linkedin with a value of $ 26.2 billion. The two companies called the acquisition has been finalized on Thursday (12/08/2016).
In an internal memo, as summarized from TechCrunch, Friday (09/12/2016), LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner explained how the two companies will work together and how the two companies will continue to run independently.
LinkedIn currently has over 400 million registered users. With the number of users, LinkedIn became the largest professional networking site in the world.
People are using this service to establish good working relationships with others in their field and to find jobs and employ people.
Microsoft so far is not a major player in the social networking open competition, although with products and services such as Yammer and Skype, Microsoft is clearly poured investment into these types of products that are currently expected by the company and business users.
